Upon successfully answering the questions at the end of a module, you will receive an email containing your certificate for that specific module. Within this email, you'll find a Google Form where you can request accreditation. Our program is accredited for physicians and diabetes nurses in Belgium, diabetes nurses in the Netherlands, and medical specialists in Europe, Canada, and the US through the UEMS-EACCME accreditation label.
